Liverpool are reportedly targeting Bayer Leverkusen’s 23-year-old defender Jeremie Frimpong as a potential replacement for Trent Alexander-Arnold if the England right-back moves to Real Madrid this summer. Discussions about Alexander-Arnold’s future occurred between Liverpool and Real Madrid before their Champions League match on Wednesday. If the move materializes, Frimpong is said to be the preferred option to strengthen Liverpool’s defence.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth’s 21-year-old Hungarian left-back Milos Kerkez is attracting interest from Manchester United and Liverpool. The defender has impressed this season, making him a hot prospect for top Premier League clubs.
Chelsea are also eyeing Ipswich Town’s 21-year-old striker Liam Delap, though they could face competition from Manchester City, his former club, for his signature.
