The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for the warm-up fixtures, set to take place from May 27 to June 1. These matches will be hosted across venues in the USA and Trinidad and Tobago, offering fans an early glimpse of the action-packed tournament to come.
Venues and Teams
The warm-up matches will be played at four prominent venues:
- Grand Prairie Cricket Stadium, Texas
- Broward County Stadium, Florida
- Queen’s Park Oval, Trinidad and Tobago
- Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Trinidad and Tobago
Total of 17 teams will participate in these fixtures, including an intra-squad match for South Africa. These games, although 20 overs per side, will not have international T20 status, allowing teams to experiment with their full 15-player squads.

One of the highlights is the much-anticipated match between the West Indies and Australia at Queen’s Park Oval on May 30, which will be open to fans. Tickets are available for purchase online and at designated box offices from May 16 onwards.
