Yuvraj Singh, a retired Indian cricket player, is now an ambassador for the T20 World Cup 2024, along with Chris Gayle and Usain Bolt. He recently shared his thoughts on which teams might reach the semi-finals in the tournament.
Yuvraj picked India, Australia, England, and Pakistan as the four teams he thinks will make it to the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2024 during a Q&A on the ICC’s Instagram.
Yuvraj’s picks for the T20 World Cup were quite similar to the teams that made it to the semi-finals last time. Three out of the four teams he chose had also reached the final four in the previous tournament.
In the 2022 T20 World Cup, Australia didn’t make it to the semi-finals, but India, Pakistan, and England did. New Zealand also secured a spot in the semi-finals along with them.
